After spending two amazing weeks at New Music on the Point, Aaron had a successful premiere of his piece “W.” While attending this festival, he was able to work with faculty such as Sean Shepard, Eve Beglarian, Tania León, and Matthew Rosenblum.

International Counterpoint, who commissioned “Bluish Orange” earlier this year, did a studio recording of the piece in April.

Coming Up

While attending the Brevard Music Festival, he will have the opportunity to have the premiere of two new works, and to have a reading with the Brevard Music Center Orchestra. Upcoming projects include a new work for violin, clarinet and piano commissioned by Wesley Warnhoff, and a piece for chamber orchestra to be workshopped by members of the St. Louis Symphony.
